Monsters with "Spark" Counters cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon while this card is on the field. If this card is sent to the GY: You can place up to 5 "Spark" Counters on monsters on the field, then you can return 1 card with 3 or more "Spark" Counters to the hand. You can only use each effect of this card once per turn.
