Once per turn: You can target 1 of your banished WIND or Fiend monsters; add it to your hand, then discard 1 card. If a “Galehex” monster is Special Summoned: You can destroy 1 Spell/Trap on the field. You can only use each effect of “Galehex Tempest Draft” once per turn.
